How much do you charge for delivery?

Shipping within the UK is currently charged at £4.95 per order. This is per order, to each address, not per item. It is clearly more cost effective to order more items!

Can you help me?

You can call us on 07801 749 638 between 8 am and 8 pm 7 days a week. Or email us at help@linenperson.com. We will try our very best!

Can I return my purchase?

Yes, of course. We will refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Just return the item unused and unwashed, in the same condition in which it was sent to you, preferably in the original packaging. You have 28 days to do this. Your order will also include a returns form explaining what to do, and where to send the item. Please note that we do not pay the cost of the return postage.

Can you send me fabric swatches?

Yes. We are able to send swatches of the bed linen. Contact us here to let us know what you would like.

Do you offer a bespoke service?

For most of our products but not all. Contact us here to make your request or to find out how much it will cost. Please note that bespoke items cannot be returned.

Do you mail abroad?

Yes we do. This isn’t listed as standard on our checkout pages because the prices vary widely from country to country and depending on weight and dimensions. Just contact us here to find out the cost.

Do you have a bricks and mortar shop?

No, sorry, we don’t.

Do you have a brochure you can send me?

No, sorry, we only sell from our website, but we are at the end of the phone from 8 in the morning until 8 in the evening everyday to help you as much as we can. Click here.
