Ironing board cover - no filling
If you already have one of our plump ironing board covers but it has started to look a little tired. It has been singed by the iron, eaten by the dog or stained by a spluttering iron, it might be that the cover is the only part you need to replace.
Think of it as a sandwich without a filling. It is two layers of fabric, theoretically it is reversible but clearly we have no control over any of the above, which may permeate both layers. The easiest way to use it, is to lay it over your ironing board with existing cover, and pull up tight. Why throw the wadding away, if this part is still perfectly serviceable?
The colour options are: red & ecru cotton ticking, red & sepia cotton ticking, sturdy yellow candy striped cotton canvas and blues, greens and pink stripes, the reverse of each being a contrasting fabric with the options shown below. This may be the top layer if you prefer.
The tough drawstring means that the cover will fit most ironing board covers, with an optimum guide size being approximately 50 x 130 cm.
